Job Discription

• Greet and assist patients.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries professionally.
• Schedule and confirm appointments using dental management software.
• Maintain and update patient records accurately.
• Process payments.
• Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
• Take patient medical history, record vitals, fill and complete patient cash history file online and offline in clinic management software.
• Inform, get signed and upload forms in clinic management software.
• Collect and record patient feedbacks post treatment and consultation.
• Do digital promotion of clinic.
• Record, maintain and prepare attendance sheet of all employees and prepare salary slips.

Renumeration

• Commensurate with Experience.
• Incentives linked with Patient referrals.

Qualification

• Recognised NCI Diploma/Degree in Nursing/Relevant Graduation in life sciences.
• More than 2 Years of experience in patient reception handling.

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

• Salary would be credited at every 5th of next month.
• Resignation Process: 1 month prior notice or 1 month salary to be paid to NP family dentals in case of immediate resignation
• Annual 36 paid leaves to be taken on Prorata Basis.
• Employees data to be kept confidential 
• Advance not more than 20% in a month.
• More than 5 consecutive leave not allowed.
• Before Leave 1 day advance notice is required failing which disciplinely action will be taken.
• Deduction will be made from the salary for any extra leave uninformed leaves and damage to the assets of the clinic.
• Responsible and accountable for all assets allocated to him/her.

• Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 2 PM ,      4 PM - 8 PM 
• Sunday – 10 AM – 2 PM – 3 PM - 5 PM

Job Discription

• Assist the dentist during dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, and root canals.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary equipment is available.
• Take and develop dental X-rays as required.
• Record patient medical history and treatment notes in dental software.
• Manage dental supplies and ensure an adequate stock is maintained.
• Attending the patient & billing when required. 
• Cleaning & maintenance of all instruments. 

Renumeration

• 10-12k per Month.
• Incentives Linked with patient referrals.

Qualifications

• DCI Recognised dental hygenist Diploma.
• UP Medical State recognised dental technician diploma/degree.
• More than 3 years of patient handeling experience.

Job Description

• Perform routine dental procedures such as scaling, fillings, extractions, and oral checkups.
• Assist senior dentists in advanced procedures including RCTs, prosthodontics, and minor surgeries.
• Educate patients about oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans.
• Ensure sterilization and cleanliness of instruments and workspace.
• Stay updated with the latest dental techniques and materials.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Any other work as assigned by Consultant.

Renumeration

• 15k per month.

Qualifications

• DCI recognised Bachelors in dental surgery.
• UP State dental Registration 
• More than 2 years experience.
